The S97 system offers four modes: Acoustic, Professional, Pop, and Hip-Hop. In Acoustic mode, Echo is off. Press the M button or Mic icon on the handheld to sitch to one of the other three modes, then use this Echo button to adjust reverb intensity.

hy is there no covering over the speaker on the back? Is this a misrepresentation of the design?

hen using to microphones simultaneously, there are occasional dropouts. Ho can this be fixed?

This may be due to frequency interference. Simply press the M button on the headset or the sitch on the handheld mic to change the frequency band and resolve the issue.

hy is there no sound from the microphone?

Please ensure that the MIC.VOL on the speaker is turned on. If it is not, please turn it clockise to increase the microphone volume.

hy is the battery indicator still shoing one bar after charging the speaker for several hours? Is the speaker faulty?

Please use a charger ith an output of 5V-3A for charging. Chargers ith an output loer than 2A ill charge the device very sloly. It is not an issue ith the speaker's battery itself.
